Baalberith are a UK Black metal band Located in the Nottingham / Newark areas.
Formed in 1999, we are fuelled by the aspiration and determination to create music that is pushing the boundaries beyond those which one would expect in certain metal genres. Baalberith are inspired by bands such as Behemoth, Anaal Nathrakh and various other artists of the Black Metal / Death Metal and Doom fields. We draw our inspiration primarily from the Black Metal style, but are known for introducing our own breed of belligerence, passion and vehemence into the mix.
Since our formation we have been booked to share the stage with many renowned acts such as Ragnarok [NO], Abigail Williams [US], Abgott [UK], Hecate Enthroned [UK] and Gorgoroth [NO].
Over the years we have established a devoted and rabid fan-base worldwide. It is our firm belief that without the fans, a band is essentially nothing and for that reason, we are always endeavouring to connect with them be it through social media or conversations at the merchandise booth or bar. We make it a point to talk to everyone, to sign every item and to take every photo, because without the support of the fans, we do not exist. Most importantly we do this because we are fans of metal music, and strongly feel we could be a key part in the evolution of the “new wave” of British Black Metal.
With the help of many D.I.Y labels worldwide we have harvested a great deal of exposure and reviews through various blogs, zines and websites. We have released various EP’s and albums over the years, most notably being ‘Abortion of religious futility’ and are continuing to write material for a new full length release.
The impending “new wave” of British Black Metal is what drives us, keeps us inspired and gives us the desire to continue onwards in creating and sharing our music. It is our intent to create enthralling music that mirrors our evolution and exposure to an ever-evolving genre without surrendering the foundation from which we draw our sound.
Started as a solo project of Revan. After disappointments with other bands, Revan decided to recruit a full band for Nipenthis.
Sion played guitar prior to Setherion's recruitment. Setherion was originally recruited only to play bass at a single show after Morbid Bloody Deathslut left, but it was decided that he would play guitar full time after this.
Atij is a one man band, a man who is passionate about his metal music specially black metal. After joining from one band to another, Atij decided to make his own project which previously named "Soul Crusher Project" which he played all the instruments and did all the drum programming and got a few of his friends to do the vocal, and now Atij's doing everything by himself.
"Diablery" is the kind of philosophy which accepts Lucifer. We call "Lucifer" Man's Inner Flame. We believe that the 'Will' is the first pillar of Attaining Wisdom, Knowledge and ultimately the Godhead. The lyrics are about the spiritual development and the inevitable decay of christianity and any organized religion.
2008 : The band was created by Nimerius and was located in Chalkida, Greece. The need for development forced Nimerius to move the base of the band in Athens as he found new members there.
2009: A year full of rehearsals, song composing and member changing (which also resulted in keeping back the band for a while).
2010: The band started live performances all over Greece and released their first half-length album "The Catharsis".
2011: The band booked several shows and 'Vanity of Darkness' was included in the compilation "The Black Syndicate Vol.3".

I make my own music by myself, I don't get much influences from any artist of band. I express what I want to tell with my music, not only singing, I also tell more with an instrumental song than a song with lyrics
2002:
Panzerfaust are summoned by Yngve (W.E.B., Mors In Tabula, ex-Acherontas) and Auren (ex-Nyne, ex-W.E.B.). A couple of songs are written, but never recorded.

The band splits up, after Auren leaves for Sweden and Yngve joins the army.
2007:
Yngve reforms the band under the name Mortuus Sum and begins composing and recording the first demo, which is not yet released.
2010:
After a long time as a one man’s band, Yngve recruits Jim Havok (Chained And Desperate), bassist and long time friend to play bass and handle the vocals for the band. Almost at the same time, Morrigan joins as the band’s lyricist. Recordings of “Promo 2011” are finally started.
2011:
“Promo 2011” is finally released in May, in digital format and the band begins writing songs for an upcoming split EP with the Greek thrash/death metal band Blasphemahus. The songs for the first full length album are also composed, but not yet recorded.
In August, Vaelor (Odin’s Court, ex-Diablery, ex-Mors In Tabula), joined the band as a guitarist.
2012:
Jim Havok decides to leave the band in February. He left in good terms due to limited free time, as he lives in a different city than the rest of the band. At the same time, Tartarus (Odin’s Court, ex-Nipenthis) joined the band to handle guitars and bass, along with Vaelor.
Not a lot of time passed and in April, Tartarus leaves due to restricted time and heavy schedule at his job. Morrigan also leaves for personal reasons. Just as before, Jim Havok returns to handle the bass once again, after Yngve’s decision to keep Mortuus Sum as a studio band.

The story goes back in late 2000, when Nathir (bass, vocals) and Heretic (guitars), after quitting their local band, decided to start a black metal project named Hybrid Vigour. The first songs were soon composed, but it was difficult to find members to join them. Many participated in the project but none as a permanent member.
That was until 2005, when Deathmass (drums) and G. (guitars) joined as permanent members. Unfortunately, at that time Heretic due to personal reasons had to quit so Nathir took over the guitars. In the next 2 years the songs took their final form and in the summer of 2007 Vigour decided to record 8 songs intending to release them as a full length album, with the co-operation of REKTOR as the sound engineer. It was during the recordings that was decided that the band's name should change to Vigour.
On sunday 06/01/2008 Vigour performed their first live gig at An club (Line-up: Kaiserreich, Nadiwrath ,Vigour ,Tumult) with the help of V.O.T. (Obduktion) on the vocals and Obduktor (Obduktion) on the bass.
In the summer of 2008 David (bass) joined the band as a permanent member and Nathir took over the vocals. In late 2010 Deathmass departed from the band and he was soon replaced by Jan. At that time Kostas joined the band as the new lead guitarist. For the time being the band is about to complete the prosedure of releasing their debut album.
Current line-up: Nathir - Vocals, G. - Guitar, David - Bass / Backing Vocals, Jan - Drums, Kostas - Lead Guitar
Lord Impaler is a Hellenic melodic black metal act. Unlike most Greek black metal bands, our musical direction has a strong scandinavic flavor. We present a kind of black metal that is rarely met anymore, pure to the tradition and the origin, presented in a modern way and worked with stellar technics.
Formed in late 1998 in Kastoria, Greece, we proceeded to record and release our first demo "The Lord Impaler" in 1999, followed by "Twilight Wander" in 2001. We also gave 2 live shows in 1999 and 2000. Then the band went into hiatus. Risen from the dead in 2005, we discarded most of our old stuff and went on to release "Promo 2005". In 2008 we participated in a 4-way split released on 10" vinyl format under the title "The Ascending Novelty". In 2009 we released another demo under the very original title "Demo 2009", showcasing music of our forthcoming debut album.
In 2010 we finished the recordings of our first full-length album "Admire the Cosmos Black" which was under constant development since 2005. The album contains 10 tracks spanning over 1 hour in duration and was released in 2011 (self financed). It was mixed and mastered at Molla Lydstudio by Knut M. Valle. Drums were performed by the legendary Hellhammer (Mayhem).
Current lineup consists of
Tragon - Vocals
Lord Nebulah - Guitars
Phlegethon - Bass
