Devil Empire is a Tunisian band formed at 1999 by Mohamed Jallouli (Guitar) Lord Kobal (Bass) and Moez Tounsi (Drummer) started as Oriental\death\black metal band playing their own Composition for 5 Years, performing with a few bands as Melmoth, Out body Experience and other that was known as one of a pionniers of the Tunisia's Metal scène ... the band spilt up at 2005 than reformed at the year 2011 with new members with the elder members Moez (Drummer) and Lord Kobal (Guitar) : Fayçel el Fassi (Singer), Kafir (Bass) and Mohamed Gorgi (keyboard) to play Extreme Black Metal ...
