About me

Formed in 2008, the founding Vain Velocity members spent their first year nurturing compositions with a wide range of influences, from which the first songs began their formation.

In the summer of 2009, Vain Velocity released their demo-EP “The Odds Are Even”. The positive feedback and encouraging impressions, drove the band's members further into their endeavor.

Shortly after, the group started working on the material that would expand their presence from the local scene to a wider audience. In March 2011, the debut LP “Synergies” was completed, carrying a rich sound that could present itself as ambitious as any serious-sounding counterpart found worldwide today.
